The Harbor Deli

The Harbor Deli is centrally located in the main building on the
first floor and is open from 8:30am-3:00pm.  
Enjoy breakfast, lunch or simply a sweet treat & a fresh cup of coffee. Hot entrees and Executive Chef select specials are served daily. It’s the best deal in town for a custom made sandwich and a cup of soup!  It’s like going out to eat without having to leave our campus!

The TLRC Emerson Wellness & Aquatic Center

This facility opened in January 2010 and is the first Green, LEED certified, Wellness & Aquatic Center in the South Sound. 
The Aquatic Center is complete with a salt water hot tub & pool with an optional generated current for stationary lap swimming.
Various pool activities and exercises are offered including Pool Walk, Water Aerobics and more. 
The Wellness Center has a large Aerobic Studio for instructional yoga, Pilates, cardio & core, strength and balancing exercises to name a few.  An Exercise Room with up-to-date senior focused fitness equipment is also found there. 

With a physician’s approval, our expert fitness instructor ensures each resident is coached and confident to participate successfully in the appropriate programs offered.  The Wellness & Aquatic Center is available exclusively to seniors residing on our campus. 

The Salon

Beauty has no age limits!  Our Salon is open Tuesday through Saturday by appointment.  Haircuts, permanents, cut & set, waxing and more services are available to both men and women at affordable prices. 

The TLRC Theater

Located on the main floor of our high-rise apartments is the TLRC Theater. 
This space functions as a space for movies, meetings, social gatherings, and more.  It has a cozy sitting area, a resident computer station, a large screen Television, and even a table top Pac-man Machine for a spirited battle with the grandchildren!
